Critical Care Ethics

This Podcast series is created to discuss various ethical dilemmas in Intensive care. Dr Linda Sheahan is a staff specialist in Palliative Care Medicine at St George Hospital in Sydney and is a conjoint lecturer with UNSW medical school. She is also the clinical ethics consultant for South East Sydney Local Health District and an Honorary Associate with Sydney Health Ethics at the University of Sydney. Her research interests include values-based decision making in palliative population, brain death and organ donation ethics, and exploring the interface between end-of-life care and physician-assisted death.
